Mortification

Es una banda de metal cristiano australiana formada en 1990 a partir del grupo de los años 1980 Lightforce. Mortification no tiene un estilo de música particular ya que ha probado con muchos estilos, entre ellos el Death Metal, Thrash Metal, Power Metal.
Mortification había sido una de las primeras bandas de metal cristianas extremas. La manera que Mortification combinó la fe cristiana con la pesantez de la música era única y muchas de las bandas de metal cristiana de hoy fueron inspiradas por Mortification.
